Hristoslav Pavlov- Deutsche Windtechnik. International Business Development – studied economics at the University of Heidelberg. He started his career at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG as Service Business Development Manager EMEA. Since 2009 he is working within the wind energy sector as Managing Director of the Bulgarian entity of wpd europe GmbH, developing a wind farm portfolio of 300MW. In 2015 he joined Deutsche Windtechnik as International Business Development Manager, being also responsible as Country Manager for Poland, Sweden and UK.
Wojciech Łużniak – Deutsche Windtechnik. Sales Manager – Wojciech Łużniak is a graduate of University of Economics in Wroclaw. Before joining the Deutsche Windtechnik he worked for Tauron Ekoenergia, where he was responsible for, operation and maintenance of wind farms, creation and implementation of O&M strategy and evaluation of new projects. Earlier he was on internship and later worked in European Parliament in Brussels.
Henrik Hansen – Vestas. After Sales Specialist for Vestas Northern Europe. Resonsible for Vestas PowerPlus products across Northern Europe with a focus on Poland. The Vestas PowerPlus products includes multiple opportunities to improve turbine/park production either via software/parameter changes or fitting performance enhancing feature to the blades. Offerings include, Power Performance Optimisation, Power Uprate, Aerodynamic Upgrades (Vortex Generators & Gurney Flaps) and Extended Cut Out.
Marios Stathousisd – Vestas. Currently Multibrand Service Sales Manager for Northern Europe. Offering Operations & Maintenance Services for 3rd party OEM turbines like Gamesa, GE and Siemens. Previous experience as a Strategic Account Manager in the Energy Capacity Market, and Sales Manager in Energy Management and Smart Grid. I have a BA in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece and a MSc in Microelectronics Systems Design from the University of Southampton, UK.
Paweł Wierzbicki – Axpo. Head of Origination – has been involved with CO2 market and Polish power and gas markets since 2011. He joined Axpo in 2014, where he deals with Power Purchase Agreements and Certificates Purchase Agreements from renewable energy sources, as well as with supply of electricity and gas to industrial customers.
Gianmarco Pizza – Nispera AG. Founder and CEO – Gianmarco Pizza graduated in Mechanical Engineering from University of Napoli and got a PhD from ETH Zürich for his research activity in the field of numerical combustion. He spent 2 years in the automotive industry working on internal combustion engines design and engine control systems, and 6 years in the energy utility business as Asset Manager first and then as Head Asset Improvement and Energy Solutions. In June 2015 he founded Nispera AG.
Alberto Orejana – Taiga Mistral. Taiga Mistral’s CTO. Previously Enhol, a Spanish IPP dedicated to renewable energy. With Taiga Mistral since late 2011. Created the Operations’ Management department. Oversees operating assets in excess of 140 MW (solar and wind plants). Alberto Orejana holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
Krzysztof Paszek – Bioseco Sp. z o.o. Engineer, MBA, co-founder of Bioseco Sp. z o.o., President of The Board.
Piotr Szczeciński – Politechnika Gdańska. Technology dept., an expert in electrical engineering field, more than 10 years dealing with the issues of wind farms in the electrical area of operation.
Fraser Morris – Romax Technology. European Sales Manager- has been working in the renewables industry for over 6 years. He has worked in a commercial context in wind turbine site development, construction and operations and maintenance. Fraser has been working closely with large utilities in Europe since 2014 to assist them in improving their drivetrain operations and maintenance strategies through unique combinations of condition monitoring solutions and engineering consultancy.
Grzegorz Skarżyński – Tundra Advisory. Investment Director – Warsaw School of Economics graduate, cofounder and vice-president of the board of Polish Energy Partners S.A. Manages a portfolio of wind projects and supervises processes of purchasing new projects and financial sources structuring.
Adam Jaworski – Tundra Advisory. Managing Director – Active in wind industry for last 9 years. Currently supervises the commercial operation of Taiga Mistral wind farm portfolio of 89,4 MW in Poland. Previously responsible for negotiations of main agreements such as turbine supply, service and loan agreements.
Włodzimierz Hutnikiewicz – MENTOR S.A. Foreign Co-operation Director – Specialized in insuring construction and exploitation of wind farms, international rail transport and arranging insurance programmes for international capital groups.
Leszek Stodolny – EIB SA. Since 1992 active in the insurance market. As a broker he led operational processes for the most significant energy producers in Poland. Currently specializes in RES area – Preparation and operation of insurance programmes.
Przemysław Kałek – RS Legal. Legal advisor. Partner at RS Legal. Advised on wind farm and solar park acquisitions, construction and operation of power plants, reorganization of power companies in line with the requirements of EU law, and negotiation of electricity, gas and fuel supply contracts. He represents clients in disputes before common courts, the Supreme Court and administrative courts in matters relating to the energy sector and other industries.
Nicola Riccardi – ERG SpA. Head of Wind Division, Responsible for all operations and maintenance activities of the wind division of ERG Power Generation S.p.A., with an installed base of 1.7 GW across 6 countries (Italy, France, Germany, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria).
Daniel Ogórek – ENERGA-OPERATOR S.A. Over 10 years of experience in protections issues in power networks.
Michał Ciąćka – ABB. Sales Specialist, PGGI Division (Power Grids Grid Integration). At ABB Mr. Ciąćka is responsible for sale of converter systems for ESSPro™ accumulators and dynamic reactive power`s compensation VArPRO™. He is preparing technical solutions fitted to clients` needs and technical sales offers. At his work he uses simulations carried by ABB Corporate Research Center. Graduate of Łódź University of Technology. Connected to ABB since 2013. Previously Mr. Ciąćka has worked for traction industry.
Artur Grybek – Suracon. Since 2000, has been collecting experience in wind project development, desiging, construction, maintanance and asset management, both on-and offshore, in Poland and abroad.
Janusz Jarmoch – Highvolt Pruftechnik Dresden. Sales representative of Highvolt Pruftechnik Dresden.
Sławomir Kirzanowski – Distribution Operator. Over 10 years of experience in Distribution Operator’s Grid Control Room as a planner.
